Job description

My client is a specialist headhunting firm focusing on connecting top talent in quantitative research and technology with leading companies in the field. They look for brilliant minds across subjects such as maths, statistics, physics, computer science and engineering. They are looking for an excellent and driven graduate to join the team in a delivery-focused recruitment role. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a real desire to learn. The role involves supporting the recruitment process by identifying and engaging with top candidates, helping to match them with exciting opportunities. It suits someone who is organised, curious, and enjoys working with people. Full training is provided, and the successful candidate will be part of a supportive team that values quality, integrity and continuous improvement.

The role;

·Support candidate searches and shortlisting, learning how to identify top talent for leading companies.

·Build strong relationships with candidates, helping guide them through the recruitment process with care and clarity.

·Develop a mindset of excellence, taking pride in doing the basics well and delivering quality work every time.

·Learn how to use tools and data to find and engage candidates, with full training and support provided.

·Work closely with experienced consultants, gaining real insight into the recruitment industry and how great teams deliver results.

Base salary of up to £30,000 with excellent commission structure

2 or 3 days in the office in Central Cardiff
