Strategy+ is AECOM’s Management Consultancy team, operating globally to assist clients in navigating complexity, articulating challenges, and delivering performance-enhancing solutions. Drawing on AECOM's extensive capabilities, Strategy+ crafts innovative approaches and guides transformational change planning and execution.

We are recruiting an Associate Business Change & Transformation Consultant for the UK and Ireland team.

As an Associate Consultant, you will lead major client engagements, providing expert advice to drive strategic initiatives and deliver measurable value. You will work with leaders and executives to design and oversee the implementation of tailored change and transformation solutions aligned with client objectives.

You will be responsible for delivering quality work within agreed scope and budget, reporting to an Associate Director. Depending on the project size, you may lead solo, manage larger teams, or collaborate within a multi-skilled team.

Here’s what you’ll do:

• Engage with clients to understand their needs and current operations.
• Build trusting relationships with stakeholders to provide expert advice, insights, and challenge.
• Plan and deliver strategic change initiatives to achieve desired business or behavioral outcomes.
• Monitor progress and adapt approaches as needed to ensure success.
• Produce high-quality presentations and reports.

Qualifications

Experience

• Certified practitioner through PROSCI, APMG, or relevant professional body.
• Demonstrable experience leading large-scale change or transformation projects.
• Sectors like infrastructure, aviation, rail, defence, energy, water, or highways are desirable but not mandatory.
