We are seeking an Associate Business Change & Transformation Consultant to join our UK and Ireland Strategy+ team. This team helps clients navigate complexity, articulate challenges, and implement transformational solutions that enhance performance. As an Associate Consultant, you will lead client engagements, providing strategic advice and overseeing the delivery of change initiatives.

Your responsibilities include:

• Engaging with clients to understand their needs and current operations.
• Building trusting relationships with stakeholders to provide expert advice on change and transformation.
• Planning and executing strategic change initiatives to achieve business objectives.
• Monitoring progress and adjusting strategies as necessary.
• Producing high-quality reports and presentations.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who:

• Are emotionally intelligent and self-aware.

• Demonstrate leadership and collaboration skills.
