Strategy+ is AECOM’s Management Consultancy team, operating globally to help clients navigate complexity and deliver transformational solutions. We are seeking an Associate Business Change & Transformation Consultant to join our UK and Ireland team.

This role involves leading client engagements, providing expert advice, and designing and implementing change initiatives that meet strategic objectives. You will work closely with senior leaders and teams, managing projects to deliver measurable value and ensuring quality and adherence to budgets.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their needs and operational context.
• Build trusting relationships with stakeholders to provide expert advice on change management and transformation.
• Plan and execute strategic change initiatives, monitoring progress and adjusting approaches as needed.
• Produce high-quality reports and presentations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Certified practitioner through PROSCI, APMG, or a relevant professional body.
• Experience leading large-scale change or transformation projects, preferably within a consultancy or in-house team.
• Sectors such as infrastructure, aviation, rail, defense, energy, water, or highways are desirable but not mandatory.
