We are recruiting an Associate Business Change & Transformation Consultant to join the UK and Ireland team.

Strategy+ is AECOM’s Management Consultancy team, operating globally to help clients navigate complexity, articulate challenges, and deliver performance-enhancing solutions. We craft innovative approaches and guide transformational change initiatives.

As an Associate Consultant, you will lead major client engagements, advising on strategic initiatives and delivering measurable value. You will work with leaders and executives to design and oversee change and transformation solutions aligned with client objectives.

You will be responsible for delivering quality work within agreed scope, budget, and timelines, either independently or as part of a team reporting to an Associate Director.

Responsibilities include:

• Engaging with clients to understand needs and current operations.
• Building strong stakeholder relationships to provide expert advice and challenge.
• Planning and executing strategic change initiatives to achieve desired outcomes.
• Monitoring progress and adjusting approaches as needed.
• Producing high-quality reports and presentations.

Qualifications:

• Emotionally intelligent and self-aware.

Experience:

• Certified practitioner (PROSCI, APMG, or relevant professional body).
• Experience leading large-scale change or transformation projects.
• Sector experience in infrastructure (desirable but not mandatory).
