Appian Corporation in London is hiring an Associate Consultant to bring our technology to life. You will build, implement, and deploy custom business applications, helping clients transform operations with AI-powered process automation.

As part of Appian Customer Success, you''ll work with cross-functional teams, develop rapid prototypes using design thinking, and grow into a trusted advisor to global business leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in Engineering, CS, Economics or Mathematics.
• Strong fundamentals in computer systems and software technologies.
• Ability to break down complex problems and translate to workflows.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for client-facing work.
• Experience in professional, academic, or technical settings.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% annually.

Responsibilities

• Deploy Process Solutions: Build and deploy custom, process-centric apps using Appian’s low-code platform.
• Analyze & Architect: Evaluate client strategies to design high-impact technical solutions.
• Apply Design Thinking: Create rapid prototypes and map end-to-end business models.
• Integrate Systems: Drive digital agility with enterprise integration, BI, and knowledge mgmt.
• Collaborate and Deliver: Work with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to ensure project success.
