WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As a Bain Associate Consultant, your analytical, interpersonal, creative thinking, business management, and leadership skills will be essential from day one. You’ll start as a generalist, working closely with top professionals. Your responsibilities include:

  • Providing clients with facts and analyses to outline solutions and drive change
  • Working on case teams with roles varying by objectives
  • Identifying information sources, gathering data, and presenting findings
  • Interviewing clients’ customers, competitors, suppliers, and employees to inform strategic recommendations

Requirements for the position include:

  • A university degree from a recognized institution

  • Fluency in English and any additional language and visa requirements for your office location

COMPENSATION:

Compensation varies by location and is competitive within the market, including base salary, bonuses, and benefits. In the United States, the first-year base salary is $112,000, with additional benefits such as a 401(k) plan, health insurance, paid time off, and wellness programs.
