Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Foster direct, meaningful relationships with players to build trust and loyalty; communicate with empathy and on-brand tone.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and publishing teams to design and implement community activations around brand goals.
• Monitor and manage the official Alien: Isolation 2 Discord server, ensure it remains safe, welcoming and engaging; coordinate with the moderation team.
• Create and schedule social media posts; maintain the publishing calendar.
• Gather and analyze engagement metrics to identify risks and opportunities; relay insights to stakeholders.
• Prepare reports translating social data into actionable strategies for future campaigns.
• Manage relationships with content creators through creator programs and activations.
• Plan and run online and real-life community events such as AMAs, contests, giveaways, and meetups.
