I have partnered with a leading Central London office management consultancy to make an Associate Surveyor hire in their team.

The company has a reputation for delivering excellent service to their clients’ assets, which include Overseas Investors, Sovereign Wealth Funds, and Institutional Funds. These assets can scale up to 700,000 sq ft with Service Charges budgets exceeding £11 million.

The company values growing their own talent, with over 90% of Partners starting as Graduate Surveyors. Recent investments have been made into staff development and the software tools used for daily operations.

You will have the opportunity to work on some of the best assets in the city. Your portfolio will be limited to a maximum of 5 assets, providing a focused platform to enhance asset values.

The ideal candidate should have experience managing Central London assets, with a focus on Value Added Services such as ESG, Proptech, and Placemaking.

This role is based in their City office, with a flexible working policy. The client offers market-leading remuneration, including a generous bonus scheme.
