Partner - Commercial Property Management Team

London

As part of ongoing growth, a well-established firm is seeking a Partner to head up the Property Management team in London. The organisation offers excellent career progression opportunities along with performance-based rewards. They seek individuals who can deliver high standards of Property Management advice and service to a variety of clients, including leading lending institutions and large public sector organisations.

The Property Management team consists of approximately 35 staff, including surveyors, facilities managers, and accountants. The team operates from offices across the UK.

Successful candidates will demonstrate a commitment to delivering excellent service and the capability to grow their own property management portfolio. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop client relationships are essential.

Specific Duties
  • Managing key assets on behalf of diverse clients, working as part of a wider team to meet client expectations.
  • Growing instructions in the London/Southeast markets and developing close relationships with the property management team and other disciplines.
  • Collaborating with accountants, surveyors, and facilities managers on all property matters.
  • Liaising with contractors, site-based staff, handling tenant applications, and processing insurance claims.
  • Approving charge-raising reports for rent, service charges, insurance, and utilities, coding supplier invoices, and leading the service charge budget process and annual reconciliation.
  • Working as part of the national property management team and supporting other instructions geographically as required.
  • Overseeing the existing London team.
