Guidepoint seeks an Associate in Client Service to connect clients with subject-matter experts and support fast, informed decision-making. You will recruit top experts, partner with Project Managers to craft strategies for client requests, and leverage LinkedIn, press releases, and public sources to assemble profiles for client consultations.

Role focuses on fast-paced, KPI-driven environment with mentorship and opportunities for career growth within Guidepoint.

Overview:

The Client Service team connectsGuidepoint’sclients with subject-matter experts to betterinformtheir business decisions. They take the time to understand each client’s specific research needs and deliver the experts closest to the topic, often within hours.

Play a vital role in Guidepoint’s success.

As an Associate on the Client Service team, you will understand your client’s unique business questions and identify the experts who can best provide the answers. You will find and recruit new experts into our network of over 1,250,000 Guidepoint Advisors, determining which ones are best suited to speak with the client. For many of our employees, the Associate role provides a unique opportunity to put core business skills into practice, as well as gain exposure to a wide range of industries and disciplines.

This is a hybrid position based in Manchester.
