Join a global leader in Mission Critical facilities engineering, with over 20 campuses delivered in the UK and 11 other countries. Our projects are valued at over €20bn. We design and deliver world-class data centres, from site acquisition to completion.

We are expanding our London team and seeking a talented Associate Civil Engineer to lead high-value Data Centre projects in the UK and internationally.

Your Role: As an Associate Civil Engineer, you will drive civil design on complex, fast-paced projects, working closely with multidisciplinary teams and global clients to deliver from concept to detailed design and construction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead civil design from feasibility to construction support
  • Manage project delivery, ensuring scope, budget, and timelines are met
  • Support and guide engineers, technicians, and junior staff
  • Collaborate with internal and external design teams
  • Engage with clients, manage relationships, and represent the business
  • Contribute to team development, bids, and resource planning

What You Bring:

  • A degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred)
  • Chartered or Incorporated Engineer status (IEng/CEng)
  • Strong design background, ideally in Data Centre or similar infrastructure projects
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Infodrainage
  • Solid understanding of CDM Regulations and design responsibilities
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
