We’re expanding our London team and looking for a talented Associate Civil Engineer to take the lead on exciting, high-value Data Centre projects in the UK and internationally.

Your Role: As an Associate Civil Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the civil design process on complex, fast-paced projects. You’ll work closely with multidisciplinary teams and global clients, delivering engineering excellence from concept through to detailed design and construction.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the civil design process, from feasibility to construction support
Manage project delivery, ensuring scope, budget and timelines are met
Support and guide engineers, technicians and junior staff
Collaborate with internal and external design teams
Engage with clients, manage relationships and represent the business
Contribute to team development, bids, and resource planning

What You Bring:

A degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred)
Chartered or Incorporated Engineer status (IEng/CEng)
Strong design background, ideally in Data Centre or similar infrastructure projects
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D and Infodrainage
Solid understanding of CDM Regulations and design responsibilities
Excellent organisational and leadership skills
