Responsibilities

  • Learn sales processes, systems, and GTM approach with the Inside Sales Manager.
  • Build and nurture relationships with prospective customers to raise awareness and trust in our brand.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities to grow the pipeline.
  • Support onboarding of new clients by coordinating introductions and handover to account management.
  • Deliver clear demonstrations of our platform to various stakeholders.
  • Be first contact for new business inquiries, responding quickly and professionally.
  • Understand customer needs and show how our solutions deliver value.
  • Communicate with prospects via phone, video, email, and events.
  • Provide administrative and research support for smooth day-to-day sales operations.

  • Work closely with our Inside Sales Manager to learn our sales processes, systems, and go-to-market approach, gaining first-hand experience across the full sales cycle.

  • Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities, supporting the wider sales team in driving pipeline growth.
