About The Role
  • The role is part of the Global Commercial Operations team, supporting the Labcorp BLS Sales, Proposals, and Contracts teams in leveraging new and existing technologies to meet client needs.
  • This position offers a unique opportunity to combine interests in sales, proposals, contracts, data analytics, and technology.
  • Supported applications include Salesforce, Conga CLM, Conga CPQ, and VBA-based tools.
  • Collaborate with end users, VBA/Salesforce Developers, and the Salesforce Business Application Manager to understand business requirements and translate them into technological solutions.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the benefits of Salesforce applications for users.
  • Understand the organizational culture and structure, especially of the Global Commercial Organization.
  • Communicate effectively to promote system benefits and provide training to users.
About You

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and tactfulness in persistence.
  • Strong computer skills, especially in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to plan, multitask, and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Capability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • A positive attitude and a sense of urgency.
Your Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience with Salesforce or similar applications.
  • Experience in application support or IT project management is preferred.
  • Experience in the life sciences industry is a plus.
