A client of mine, a multi-disciplinary consultancy known for their award-winning delivery and continued success across the built environment, are keen to speak with a driven and forward-thinking Associate Building Surveyor, with a view to joining their growing London office.

Role Responsibilities: Lead project delivery, collaborate with clients and stakeholders across various projects, contribute to strategic team direction, mentor junior staff, support client development, and handle financial forecasting. Manage multidisciplinary design services internally to ensure high-quality outputs and client satisfaction.
4. Candidate Requirements: MRICS (Chartered), degree in Building Surveying or related discipline, consultancy experience (preferably with public sector exposure), strong technical knowledge, commercial awareness, proactive business development skills, excellent communication, mentoring experience, ability to manage workloads independently, and a collaborative work ethic.
5.
