Great opportunity for an experienced Associate Building Surveyor to work across a broad range of commercial refurbishments and ESG focused projects, giving you the chance to work with high profile clients and some of the company's key stakeholders.

Your Role

1. Focus on professional building surveying instructions (LTA's, dilapidations, RCA's, contract administration etc.) within key sectors such as industrial, offices, retail and some residential.
2. Manage and grow an established client base
3. Mentor junior surveyors & support their APC
4. Work closely with Directors in driving client and service growth

What You'll Need

1. MRICS qualified
2. Experience in dilapidations & commercial real estate (office, industrial, retail, etc.)
3. Experience working with Landlords and/or Tenants
4. Strong leadership, client management & negotiation skills
