Job summary

RGB, an award-winning multidisciplinary property and construction consultancy in Exeter, is seeking an experienced Associate Building Surveyor to lead projects and manage your own clients.

You will deliver a broad range of Building Surveying services, manage projects from brief to completion, build client relationships, mentor junior staff, and help grow the Exeter team with autonomy and rising responsibility.

Qualifications

• MRICS chartered Building Surveyor with proven project delivery.
• Experience managing client relationships and workload.
• Ability to lead and mentor junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a broad range of project and professional Building Surveying services.
• Manage projects from initial brief through to completion.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Provide technical advice across property types.
• Support and mentor junior team members.
• Identify opportunities to develop existing and new client relationships.
• Contribute to Exeter team's growth and direction.
