Ingleton Wood in Norwich is seeking an Associate Building Surveyor to join our Norwich office. You will deliver building surveying services, design, develop, plan, co-ordinate, supervise and project manage building schemes and help grow the team.

The role offers mentoring for apprentices and graduates, delivering projects up to £5m, and contributing to business development in East Anglia. An DBS/clearance may be required.

Qualifications

• Chartered membership with RICS and post‑qualification experience.
• Strong project management and client relationship skills.
• Mentoring and developing junior staff within the team.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of building surveying projects from inception to completion.
• Manage projects up to £5m and coordinate the internal team.
• Support business development and grow the Norwich team.
