Qualifications

• Extensive Building Surveying experience in the built environment.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and stakeholder expectations.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.

Responsabilités

• Deliver Building Surveying services across public and private sector clients.
• Lead client relationships across the North West region.
• Identify, pursue and secure new business opportunities.
• Mentor and develop junior surveyors.
• Prepare scopes and fee proposals and support bid submissions.
