Qualifications

• Strong Building Surveying experience within the built environment sector.
• Experience delivering professional services, project work, surveys or technical advisory services.
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a range of Building Surveying services across public and private sector clients.
• Lead and develop client relationships across the North West.
• Identify, pursue and secure new business opportunities.
• Deliver professional Building Surveying instructions, project work and surveys.
• Provide strategic advice to clients regarding their property portfolios and assets.
• Manage projects from inception through to completion.
• Prepare scopes, fee proposals and support bid submissions.
• Mentor and support junior surveyors and developing team members.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the wider North region.
• Contribute to the growth and development of the Building Surveying service line.
• Help convert existing opportunities into long-term, repeat business.

What We're Looking For

• MRICS qualified, or working towards chartership
