What You’ll Be Doing
- Driving high-impact surveying projects from first conversations to final delivery
- Getting stuck into a rich mix of professional and project-led work
- Advising private-sector investors on smart, strategic building decisions
- Taking ownership of technical inspections, reviews and reports
- Leading on contract administration, due diligence and monitoring
- Steering dilapidations, PPM programmes and exit strategies
