Your new role
By joining the Building Consultancy Business Unit, you'll take on a varied and high-quality workload with a blue-chip client base.

With a balanced mix of professional and project work, your role will involve:* Administering contracts on projects both large and small
* Managing and monitoring project progress
* Carrying out building surveys across a wide range of property types
* Delivering technical due diligence for acquisitions and disposals
* Handling party wall matters from start to resolution
* Preparing and advising on planned maintenance schedules
You'll be working in a collaborative, high-performing team, with the opportunity to grow your expertise across all aspects of building surveying.

What you'll need to succeed

Expect to work across a broad range of commercial property types-including offices, industrial and retail-as well as high-value institutional residential schemes.
This role demands fluency in a multidisciplinary Chartered Surveying setting, backed by strong technical expertise and sharp commercial instincts.
