The Associate Building Surveyors’ role

This is an excellent opportunity for an Associate Building Surveyor to take on a leadership role, managing projects and mentoring team members while driving business development initiatives.

The successful Associate Building Surveyor will oversee the delivery of a diverse portfolio of projects across sectors such as healthcare, education, commercial, retail, and hospitality ensuring successful delivery from inception to completion.

Key responsibilities will include:

1. Managing and mentoring a team of surveyors
2. Building and nurturing client relationships
3. Ensuring satisfaction and repeat business
4. Leading business development efforts to secure new projects and expand the consultancy’s market presence
