An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Associate/Associate Director of EIA Coordination and Project Management with experience of Planning Act 2008 procedures.
This role is ideal for a candidate with experience and knowledge of EIA in NSIP and similar regimes, seeking to advance their career within the UK’s largest planning consultancy, which operates within Savills UK's diverse real estate advisory and transactional services.
The position involves working across multiple existing appointments on Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects (NSIPs) across sectors such as CCUS, hydrogen, renewables, water, wastewater, rail freight, power transmission, and ports.

Savills Environment & Infrastructure, established in 2021, focuses on infrastructure projects, especially renewables and net zero initiatives, including carbon capture, wind, solar, hydrogen, rail freight, ports, water, and waste. We collaborate closely with Savills Earth, our sustainability division, comprising experts in engineering, property management, energy, social value, and environmental economics.
The E&I team is one of five national, sector-specific teams within Savills planning division, supporting regional teams across the UK. Our team includes EIA Coordinators, Project Managers, and specialists in climate, health, air quality, and noise.
