An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Associate/Associate Director of EIA Co-ordination and PM with experience of Planning Act 2008 procedures.
This role is suitable for a candidate with experience and knowledge of EIA in NSIP and similar regimes, looking to advance their career within the UK’s largest planning consultancy, which operates within Savills UK's diverse real estate advisory and transactional services.
The position involves working across various projects on Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects (NSIPs) in sectors like CCUS, hydrogen, renewables, water, waste water, rail freight, power transmission, and ports.

Savills Environment & Infrastructure team, established in 2021, focuses on infrastructure projects, especially renewables and net zero initiatives, including carbon capture, wind, solar, and hydrogen, alongside rail, ports, water, and waste sectors. We collaborate closely with Savills Earth, our sustainability division, comprising experts in engineering, property management, energy, social value, and environmental economics.
Our E&I team is one of five national sector-focused teams within Savills planning division, supporting projects across the UK with specialists in climate, health, air quality, and noise.
