Job summary

Infused Solutions in London (Hybrid) seeks a Senior AI Engineer - Product to lead enterprise AI products across the full lifecycle, partnering with engineering and senior stakeholders.

You will define roadmaps, create dashboards and analytic products, and work with data scientists to deliver AI capabilities.

The role requires experience with LLMs, RAG architectures, Python, and AI platforms, and experience in financial services.

Qualifications

We are looking for a skilled and experienced AI Engineer to join a rapidly growing organisation.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of product leadership, AI innovation, customer engagement, and commercial strategy. You’ll operate across the full product lifecycle shaping roadmaps, working closely with engineering teams, engaging senior stakeholders, and delivering AI solutions that solve real-world business problems.

You will Partner with business stakeholders to design and deliver impactful dashboards, analytical products, and metric frameworks.

• Own and lead the end-to-end development of enterprise AI products from concept through to market launch and scale

• Partner with AI engineers and data scientists to build production-grade AI capabilities

Key Skills and Experience you must have:

• Strong experience in AI Product management, AI Strategy and engineering
• Hands-on experience building and scaling AI or machine learning products in production environments.
• Experience understanding LLMs RAG Architecture and agentic workflows
• Excellent experience with Python.
• Excellent experience working with AI platforms (Claude, Open AI and AI orchestration frameworks)
• Experience within Financial services.
