Responsibilities

• Active participation in international M&A transactions from the initiation of the transaction to closing
• Independent preparation of financial models and company valuations using various methods
• Creation of pitch books and thus significant support in the acquisition of new mandates
• Participation in client meetings and direct dialogue with clients and decision-makers
• Responsible for industry- and company-specific due diligence audits in connection with transactions
• Support in the development and ongoing maintenance of client relationships
• Taking responsibility for individual projects
