Lancashire County Council is seeking an Assistant Youth Support Worker to help deliver youth provision across Lancashire, working with young people to build confidence, resilience and positive life choices. You will engage with diverse groups, support programmes, and uphold safeguarding standards.

Salary: £24,121 - £26,341 (pro-rata) Qualified | £23,496 - £23,825 (pro-rata) Unqualified
Grade: JNC 7-10 (Qualified) | JNC 5-6 (Unqualified) - NVQ/RVQ 2 minimum - Locally recognised JNC Qualification in Youth and Community Work (If you hold this qualification, you must complete it within a set time and will start on the trainee scale)
