Marshalls plc, Burton site, is seeking an Assistant Team Leader to support production, safety and quality in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead by example, coach colleagues, and step up in the absence of the Team Leader, ensuring continuous improvement and reliable delivery of products to customers.

Burton-Upon Trent
Monday to Friday - 48 hours per week

Manufacturing is at the heart of our operation, it's where we fulfil the customer promise and produce the UK’s leading roofing products! It’s within this successful team at Marley, that we’re recruiting for an Assistant Team Leader.
So, what’s the mission?
Based at our Burton site, the Assistant Team Leader will support the Team Leader in maintaining a safe, high-performing and collaborative production environment, helping drive the continued success of the team and delivery of quality products to our customers.
We are looking for someone that can demonstrate strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to motivate others, drive continuous improvement, and maintain high standards of safety, quality and performance while supporting the Team Leader and wider production team.
