Job summary

Places for People Group is seeking an Assistant Swimming Teacher to support lessons for learners from babies to adults. You will work closely with the Swimming Teacher to help swimmers develop skills and confidence in the water, potentially overseeing a small group under guidance.

Must have the ability to work with children and as part of a team; preferred experience includes assisting in swimming classes. Level 1 UKCC Swimming Teacher qualification, or equivalent, is required.

More About Your Role

As an Assistant Swimming Teacher you will support the Swimming Teacher in swimming lessons from babies to adults. You'll work closely with the Swimming Teacher in supporting swimmers develop their skills and confidence in the water. Within lessons, you may be responsible for a small group of learners learning a specific skill, under the direction of the Swimming Teacher

Technical / Professional Qualifications:
