We have over 35 supported living households, 3 community day hubs, and a successful work programme, supporting more than 250 people. We are rated Outstanding by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

About The Role

Style Acre is a charity with a fantastic reputation that provides excellent supported living services for people with learning disabilities in their community. We are growing rapidly and have an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join our leadership development programme, with the potential to become a Support Manager in the future.

The Leadership Development Programme is an intensive six-month training where you will acquire leadership and management skills, learn adaptability, and understand your strengths and areas for development. Most importantly, you will find ways to use your drive and passion to improve the lives of the people we support.
