Job summary

B&Q Limited in Southampton Store Support Office is seeking an Assistant Supply Chain Analyst for a 12-month FTC to support forecasting and replenishment and manage stock flow for selected product ranges. The role is hybrid, with 2 days per week in the office, and involves creating DC store inputs, raising and tracking orders, and running reports to improve availability.

You will collaborate with the supply chain team, manage vendor relations, and ensure data accuracy across systems.

Qualifications

• Support the supply chain team in ensuring forecasting and replenishment is set up to maximise availability
• Delivering stock/inventory days targets to deliver the sales plan across all selling channels
• Create the Distribution Centre (DC) store and on-line inputs of products
• Log all orders raised, amended, shipped and received into DC
• Train team members in correct usage of procedures, processes and documentation
• Use the tools and reports available to manage store replenishment

Responsibilities
