Job summary

Co-op Academy Leeds is looking for an ambitious Assistant Subject Leader for English to join our leadership team. You will work alongside the Subject Leader to design our curriculum and drive standards across KS3 and KS4.

You will lead with collaboration, mentor teachers, deliver high-quality lessons, and promote positive behaviour within our rewards-focused culture. You will role-model professional standards and uphold Co-op values in daily academy life.

Qualifications
