The Role:

Our Assistant Stylists are essential to the success of our Pets Grooming salons. You'll provide the highest standard of pet care, demonstrating a basic understanding of grooming techniques, including handling, equipment use, and pre-grooming preparation.

We will provide training, skills, and knowledge to help you deliver excellent service. Enjoy a competitive base pay, comprehensive training, and development opportunities, including our Earn as You Learn programmes and skill-based pay enhancements.

We’re seeking individuals who are:

• Passionate about delivering great service.
• Flexible, with the ability to work a shift pattern across 6 days a week (closed on Sundays). You will have a minimum contract of 39 hours, with potential for more hours during busy periods, absences, or holidays.
• Experience working with or handling dogs in a professional grooming or pet care environment is desirable but not essential. (Bathing and prepping your own dog does not qualify as professional experience.)
• Preferably experienced in a target-driven environment, but willing to learn if not.
