As Assistant Store Manager, your focus is on motivating your team and providing each customer with a meaningful shopping experience. You’re second-in-command, ready to step in for your Store Manager and take charge when necessary. Your main goal is to drive your store’s performance by ensuring excellent customer service, effective teamwork, and efficient operations daily.
You’ll act as a role model and ambassador for Rituals. Support your Store Manager in fostering a culture of trust through positive and constructive feedback. Help recruit, hire, and retain a diverse and talented team. Coach team members to enhance engagement and help them reach their full potential. Additionally, assist with day-to-day business activities as the Store Manager’s right hand.
Please note this role is based in Swansea.
