You’ll act as a role model and ambassador for Rituals. Support your Store Manager in fostering a culture of trust through positive feedback, help recruit, hire, and retain a diverse and talented team, coach team members to enhance engagement and reach their potential, and assist with daily business activities.

Please note this role is based in Swansea.
