Job summary

Warrens Bakery Limited is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our flagship Rail store at London Liverpool Street Railway Station. The role is permanent, part-time with a guaranteed minimum of 30 hours per week.

You will help lead our team, ensure exceptional customer service and support daily operations in a busy railway location. Experience as a barista and confidence with commercial coffee machines are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year barista experience and confident using commercial coffee machines.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be 18 or over.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store manager in training and leading the team to maintain high standards.
• Grow income through displays, promotions and team motivation to hit sales targets.
• Maintain health, safety and food hygiene standards.
• Oversee daily store operations to serve customers efficiently.
• Support hiring, performance delivery, management, scheduling and task assignment.
• Conduct regular audits of store functionality and presentation.
