Superdrug in Harvey Centre, Harlow, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to work with the Store Manager, lead a team and drive sales.

You will recruit and coach staff, manage promotions, merchandising and stock, and ensure smooth operations with audits and budgets. Hours are 39 per week, full-time with flexible shifts; salary up to £34,000 per year plus a 25% bonus, 30% staff discount and up to 33 days leave.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in retail management, ideally 1+ years.
• Passion for customer service & sales.
• Strong decision-making & problem-solving skills.
• A results-driven mindset with a love for hitting targets.
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers - with full training provided (Optional)
