Job summary

Clarks Outlet is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading a busy retail team and driving daily operations. You will play a hands-on role, ensuring high standards of customer service and performance in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires experience in retail leadership, strong communication skills, and the ability to motivate staff to achieve KPIs. A flexible 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays, is needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail leadership or supervisory roles.
• Strong KPI focus and results-driven approach.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead a team.

• Flexible to a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
