Cotswold Outdoor Ltd. in Manchester is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead our busy store and deliver excellent customer service every day.

In this role you will coach your team, manage stock and cash handling, maintain store presentation, and step up in the Store Manager's absence to drive results.

We offer a starting salary of £28,000–£29,000 with a yearly bonus up to £2,000, staff discounts, generous holiday allowance, and ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Assistant Store Manager or similar leadership role.
• Ability to deliver outstanding customer service and product guidance.
• Understanding of store operations including stock, safety and visual standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive high performance by coaching your team through daily operations (stock, cash handling, safety).
• Lead by example to deliver expert service and hit targets.
• Create an inclusive, welcoming environment where every customer feels valued.
