Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking an inspirational Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading and coaching a team of Sales Associates in a fast-paced prestige beauty environment.

You will help drive sales, deliver personalized customer service, and ensure operational standards across the store. Candidates should have proven supervisory experience in cosmetics retail, strong coaching skills, and the ability to manage inventory and cash reconciliation.
