Job summary

Rightway/Bevans Ltd is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in the Oswestry area. The role is based on 40 hours per week across 5 days from 7, with responsibilities including store leadership, customer service and stock management.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of management experience in a retail environment, be comfortable with multi-tasking and possess strong numeracy and communication skills. Driving licence is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years management experience in a retail environment.
• Experience in FMCG or similar retail management backgrounds.
• Numerate and articulate in verbal and written communication.

• Lead store operations and support senior management to drive sales and service.
• Demonstrate strong customer service and problem-solving to ensure store performance.
