Superdrug in Norwich is seeking an Assistant Store Manager Designate who will travel between stores in the area to support where you’re needed most and develop your leadership capabilities.

In this role you’ll recruit and motivate a team, drive sales through promotions and merchandising, and maintain excellent customer service while managing stock and store operations. A path to a permanent store role is the goal.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management or team leadership.
• Strong customer service and sales focus with target achievement.
• Ability to make quick decisions and solve problems on the shop floor.
