As Assistant Store Manager, your focus is on motivating your team and providing each customer with a meaningful shopping experience. You’re second-in-command, ready to step in for your Store Manager and take charge when necessary. Your goal is to drive your store’s performance by ensuring excellent customer service, effective teamwork, and efficient operations daily.

You’ll serve as a role model and ambassador for Rituals, supporting your Store Manager in fostering a culture of trust through positive feedback. You’ll assist in recruiting, hiring, and retaining a diverse and talented team, coaching team members to engage and reach their full potential. Additionally, you’ll support your Store Manager with daily business activities.
