Job summary

YMCA England & Wales in Hunstanton is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help run the charity shop. You will manage merchandising, stock rotation and deliver excellent customer service, while supporting income generation and representing YMCA in the local community.

You will deputise for the store manager when needed, work with staff and volunteers, and contribute to the expansion and impact of YMCA’s charity shops across England & Wales.

Qualifications

• Experience of merchandising, stock rotation and excellent customer service.
• Ability to deputise for the store manager when required.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
