What's this role about?

As part of our Retail team, you'll be joining our store in Central London on a full-time basis as our Assistant Store Manager, who is responsible for ensuring the store delivers premium customer service, achieves targets and delivers commercial and operational excellence.

What you'll be doing

1. Supporting with overseeing the day-to-day running of the store
2. Identifying opportunities to drive sales and maximize profitability
3. Achieving with the aim to exceed targeted KPI's
4. Inspiring the team to deliver exceptional service through regular service and product training
5. Implementing and maintaining effective and efficient operational processes, procedures and administration
6. Supporting with recruitment and conducting performance/probation reviews
7. Deputising in the absence of the Store Manager

What you'll ideally bring to the role

1. Previous retail management experience at a similar level
2. A passion for premium or luxury product helps, but we're open to all retail backgrounds
3. A proven track record of increasing overall business performance
4. A proven track record of delivering excellent customer service through your team
5. Highly visual with strong commercial product management skills
6. Able to flex between the customer service, operational, technical and visual elements of the role
7. Confident working under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
8. Self-motivated, focused and driven to achieve team and individual goals
9. A great people manager, able to bring the best out of your team
10. Good written and verbal communication skills
