As Assistant Store Manager, your focus is on motivating your team and providing each customer with a meaningful shopping experience. You’re also second-in-command, ready to step in for your Store Manager and take charge when necessary. Your main goal is to drive your store’s performance by ensuring excellent customer service, effective teamwork, and efficient operations daily.
You’ll act as a role model and ambassador for Rituals. Your responsibilities include supporting your Store Manager in fostering a culture of trust, giving positive and constructive feedback, assisting in recruiting, hiring, and retaining a diverse and talented team. You’ll coach team members to help them engage fully and reach their potential, and serve as the right hand to your Store Manager in day-to-day business activities.
Please note this role is based in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk.
