As Store Manager, your focus is on creating an unforgettable customer experience and helping your team to reach their full potential!

You’ll work closely with your Area Manager to implement our local business strategy, reach performance targets, and lead with effective leadership. You’ll lead by example, coach your team to deliver excellent customer service, define daily objectives to drive KPIs, develop monthly plans based on productivity targets, ensure store administration is maintained, manage inventory and daily operations, and foster employee wellbeing and engagement through regular 1-to-1s and genuine team connections by celebrating successes.
