Qualifications

• Some experience as a manager, team leader or supervisor.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to coach and develop a small team.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the shop manager to run an efficient shop and provide a great service to customers.
• Be responsible for developing your team through coaching and feedback.
• Be accountable for the shop in the absence of the shop manager and ensure operations run smoothly.
• Motivate and guide the team to control costs including shrinkage and payroll.
• Assist with recruitment and induction of new team members.
